ביקרנו בהדרכתו של מרקו בחווה לא רחוק ממרטינה פרנקה. הוא נתן לנו סקירה על האזור ועל ההיסטוריה של המקום. ראינו איך מכינים מוצרלה ובוראטה. למדנו איך מכינים פסטה מקומית. לבסוף קיבלנו ארוחת טעימות של גבינות, נקניקים ויין. מרקו נחמד ואדיב. נהננו מאוד ואנחנו ממליצים בחום.

michela CantoroWe booked two of Marco's tours, one being an olive oil tour and the other an organic wine tasting. The hosts of each tour were very welcoming, knowledgable and went above and beyond to accommodate us, including bringing our young infant daughter along to the tours. We liked the option for a private tour, we felt really immersed in the experiences, and learned a lot. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Puglia. Marco was also very professional and very fast to respond to emails and communicating with him and the guides was very straightforward and easy. Thanks Marco!

It was great fun and very delicious... he prepared several courses with tasty ingredients from his own garden. We can highly recommend the pasta making class!
L SDuring my honeymoon, I found this place to experience making fresh cheeses. Marco, the owner introduce his farm and show around the landscape, history and let us know how to operate the farm. Highlight experience was making mozzarella and burrata cheese. Artisan, Umberto and Marco there, translates in English for us(we don’t speak Italian). It was mind blowing time during stay in Puglia. Thank you Marco and Umberto. If anyone interests in this place, it will be worth it.
Ryan kimBeautiful cooking experience. We were warmly received by the hosts in a beautiful masseria. We cooked under the guidance of the mother and grandmother of the house and prepared different kinds of pasta. They were extremely kind and patient. We enjoyed our meals on a beautiful terrace with some lovely wine. Would strongly recommend the experience!

Penny CarverThe mozzarella and burrata cheese demonstration was one of the highlights of our trip. Marco was incredibly patient with our toddler children and was extremely informative of the Masseria and cheese making process. The demonstration was excellent and we got to taste the cheese right after the demonstration and it was absolutely delicious. We then walked around the Masseria and saw the animals which the kids loved. Then while we had thought we already had the cheese tasting and thought the tour was over we sat down at a table for an incredible tasting of different cheese, cured meats, wine, bread and more. It was an amazing experience and one we would never forget. We would highly recommend.
