Marco and Umberto were incredible hosts. From start to finish they made us feel welcome. We toured the farm, Marco shared the rich history of the farm and the land surrounding, Umberto walked us through the entire process of mozzarella and burrata cheese making, and we finished off the day with a delightful spread of meats, cheeses, and wines. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the experience to anyone.

Sitting on the patio within the beautiful setting of the Puglia countryside was dreamlike. The Focaccia was perfect- tasted just like my Nona from Bari made every Sunday! Talia WerticoLocated within the walls of a traditional Trulli home, we enjoyed the wine tasting which was accompanied by several local cheeses, various sausages and homemade preserves presented by the owner couple. The tour included a look at the wine making premises and operations and a very informative presentation of the area wines by the proprietor, Marcus, himself. Highly recommend this opportunity!

The owner provided us with meaningful historical information about the property, the centuries old cave where olive oil was produced in the past, and showed us a 900 year old olive tree. It was very clear the love this family has for their craft. The oil itself was remarkable and we really enjoyed tasting the different types they produce. Would absolutely recommend!
