Beautiful cooking experience. We were warmly received by the hosts in a beautiful masseria. We cooked under the guidance of the mother and grandmother of the house and prepared different kinds of pasta. They were extremely kind and patient. We enjoyed our meals on a beautiful terrace with some lovely wine. Would strongly recommend the experience!
Marija RasicMy husband and I had a very relaxed and chatty 4 hours with Gaetano on his lovely farm on the outskirts of Martina Franca, where we learnt to make 3 types of pasta shapes. Lunch was kindly prepared by him with produce from his land and a nearby market, and a very decent Susumaniello rose supplied by a schoolfriend's local vineyard. Our orecchiette in a delicious homemade tomato passata of course was the highlight of the meal. We felt quite at ease with Gaetano and spent a lovely half a day asking him about the area, his family and all those questions buzzing around your head when you visit a new part of the world. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.
paola munnsAnbefales på det varmeste! Unik opplevelse på en liten gård i nærheten av Locorotondo. Vi lærte å lage pasta (orrechiette, strascinate og cavatelli) av nonna Fransesca. Marco forklarte underveis og supplerte med mye kunnskap om pastalaging, om Puglia generelt, etc. Avsluttet med et deilig måltid med både egenlaget pasta og lokale spesialiteter. Både vi foreldre og de tre tenåringene storkoste seg.

All of us enjoyed seeing the farm animals, making various types of pasta, and watching fresh cheese made. The tasting menu was one of the best meals we had during our time in Italy. The entire experience was a highlight of our time in Puglia, and we would highly recommend it (and hope to do it again)!
