Riccardo CaimanoOur family of three had an AMAZING experience learning to make pasta at Terra Che Vive! They were very welcoming, and we shared some laughs at our pasta mistakes and celebrated the moment each of us figured out how to make each type. The host spoke very good English and we only had to pull out Google Translate a couple times. Then the meals we ate after making the fresh pasta were out-of-this-world delicious. Ate al fresco with a glass of wine for Mom and Dad and a Fanta for our daughter. We had to rush through the meal, unfortunately (which was due to our poor planning, not theirs), because we wanted to eat each and every bite! Thank you to everyone for a great experience!

Marco was an amazing guide, as he walked us through the history of the location, the cheese-making processes, and answered any questions we had. Our time cheese-making with Umberto was easy and fun! We enjoyed the private nature of the tour, and ended our time with a private meal, both with the cheeses we made, and cured meats (and of course some wine). I highly recommend this tour. The entire experience is very much worth the cost.
