Really Great tour! We enjoyed a lot!

The Organic Wine Tasting Tour was wonderful. It was a great experience to see an organic family run vineyard. Marco the owner walked us through the property and showed us the entire process. Highly recommend this tour as the food and wine were excellent.

Esperienza meravigliosa all'interno di una Masseria zona Martina Franca. Ho richiesto disponibilità per fare un corso di pasta fresca e Marco ci ha trovato la soluzione perfetta! Con poco preavviso ha organizzato il corso e la visita guidata organizzata esclusivamente per me e mio marito con pranzo finale. Abbiamo scoperto tante cose interessanti e trascorso due ore davvero piacevoli. Super consigliato, il prezzo è più che corretto per l'esperienza fatta. Grazie mille ancora

Loved it! We did a fantastic cheese making morning lead by Marco with cheese maker Umberto. We only speak English, which I thought might be a bit challenging in regional Italy, but Marco was awesome and made us feel comfortable right away. The knowledge they imparted, hands on learning and good communication was very memorable. If we hadn’t done the class on our last day in Puglia I would have booked more!

Absolutely brilliant food experience! From start to finish, the orecchiette pasta making course was our favourite holiday activity. Anna and Francesca were wonderful hosts and teachers, alongside Marco who was a brilliant translator and helped make the experience so easy! It was extremely in depth, we learned at least 8 different types of orecchiette. As it was just us, it felt like we could ask every question that popped into our heads! To top it off, Marco and Anna arranged for us to have our lunch in our own Trulli onsite! We were given a fabulous meal of breads, charcuterie and of course, the pasta we’d just prepared- topped off with vino, gorgeous traditional Puglian desserts and Anna’s homemade liqueurs. This was without doubt the best course we’ve ever done in Italy. We will be booking again with Marco and Terra Che Vive on our next trip. Worth every penny.

We had the private chef experience at our villa. The food and service was absolutely amazing, Marco and Davide are fantastic chaps. A varied menu, high quality produce, what an evening!
