During the wine tour you will learn about the techniques used to produce Apulian organic wines by visiting the vineyards and then the old winery. The production methods used in the past will be compared with modern ones: from the harvest to the bottling and storage of the wine.

1. Classic tasting: it takes place in the old winery and includes: 3 different wine selections produced by the winery, water.
2. Rural picnic in the vineyard: it takes place in a newly planted vineyard, surrounded by nature, where there is also a renovated old farmhouse. It includes: 3 different wine selections accompanied by a basket full of typical local specialties, including baked products and cheeses, water.
3. Brunch with a sommelier: it takes place in the modern winery. It includes: 3 different wine selections, friselline garnished with cherry tomatoes, ripened cheeses with jams, a selection of cold cuts, baked products, a typical first course from Salento, water.
   Thanks to the presence of the sommelier at the table, guests will be able to learn interesting details and anecdotes about the winery and Apulian wines in general.
