The food experience is hosted in an ancient farm built in the 1800s and surrounded by a regional nature reserve. In this natural oasis located in Valle d’Itria, in the very heart of Puglia, you will learn how high quality local products are grown and processed: the farm is in fact specialised in the production of fresh and seasoned cheese, of local cold cuts such as the renowned Capocollo from Martina Franca and in the wheat cultivation.

These delicacies will be served with local bakery products (pane, frise and taralli) and Apulian wine.

We had a great time. Umberto was wonderful and we learned a lit about cheese making. The tasting was generous and tasty.
Loved learning how the cheeses were made and could spend even more time learning about other sorts of cheese and seeing what else the farm produces. My only recommendation would be to serve a little less burrata because it was so much cheese and so much cream at 1130 in the morning!! But it was delicious and we really enjoyed our time, and the cheese maker Umberto.
