Cooking class and meal near Lecce

The workshop focuses on the preparation of three Apulian fresh pasta types and different sauces that will then be used as condiments.
You will not only learn the concrete procedures for preparing the main local first dishes, but also precious knowledge about the ingredients used.
The class, in fact, is hosted at an agritourism-farm, producing organic olive oil directly, as well as growing cereals and vegetables.
The main ingredients used are therefore cultivated in-house at the farmhouse, local products from the short supply chain.
Once the theoretical and practical phases have been completed, the most delicious moment of the experience will come: the tasting of what you have prepared with your own hands.
The dishes will be served at the table accompanied by a glass of Apulian wine.
