Fantastic event! Marco and Davide were wonderful hosts and the food and wine were delicious. The atmosphere was quaint starting with a glass of wine in the olive grove, to the baking of the bread in a historic oven in a Truli to making of the pasta and then cooking everything. Highly recommend it!

Marco and Davide setup early and literally took care of everything. They shared the best tips and tricks for making delicious authentic pizza and also treated us to some local side dishes. This is a must do at your rental or go to where they are. Both Marco and Davide are very talented at what they do and all around very kind wonderful people who made us feel right at home in Puglia!
Maura CullenHighlight of our family vacation in Puglia. Don't miss this Agri-tourism gem. Marco gives an amazing historical tour of the "farm" with cheese making demos and tastings. This fully working farm is impeccable, animals are well cared for and it is very self sufficient. You can stay here in a Trulli and there is even a beautiful pool for guests. At the end of our tour we had samples of their wines, cheeses and meats and if course their own olive oil. I highly recommend you make a reservation as this place is not to be missed!!

Felipe JoaquimFabulous morning spent learning to make mozzarella and buratta with TERRA Che VIVE food tasting tours in Puglia. Marco gave us a great tour of the beautiful farm which included seeing the animals followed by the cheese making class with Marco and Umberto. They made the experience both educational and entertaining and the end result was the most delicious cheese we have ever tasted. At the end of the class, students are treated to the cheese they made along with samples of other cheeses and meats. Highly recommend this activity in Puglia.
