Pasta making and private home cooking chef geboekt bij terra che vive in ons vakantie huis in Puglia. Communicatie vooraf via mail ging zeer soepel en duidelijk. Tot in de puntjes besproken en uitgevoerd! Davide en Fransesco hebben ons de fijne kneepjes van het pasta maken geleerd en ons daarna een heerlijk diner voorgeschoteld. Alles schoon achtergelaten. Ontzettend goed geslaagde avond. Kan dit iedereen aanraden!

Cheese makers, Umberto and Francesco, were delightful and made us feel “part of the team”. They encouraged us to be fully involved (with our hands) in every step. Our labors were rewarded with delicious cheeses to eat! Lunch also included local meats! A tremendous event!! Highly recommended!!!
