We made our own pasta with Gaetano, it was a great experience! Our children (5 & 6) loved him, the cooking and the result as well! It was great fun and very delicious... he prepared several courses with tasty ingredients from his own garden. We can highly recommend the pasta making class!
L SWe did the Cheese Tasting tour and it was a great experience. The place was beautiful, the tour was really interesting and the tasting we had at the end was of good quality. Marco was really friendly and secured that we had the best experience.
Clémence SaintThis was a delightful private wine tasting experience for my wife and I. Marco has a great set up going to produce his organic wine and we enjoyed learning how it was all made. The tasting was delicious and we were given plenty of time to relax and enjoy the options with some good nibbles to accompany. We were staying in Ostuni. Round trip taxi set us back 70 euros, which was worth it so we could both indulge appropriately.

Giusy MarzulliWir haben die Tour "Organic evo oil tour & tasting in an old masseria in Puglia" gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Veranstalter lief super schnell und reibungslos ab. Die Tour war sehr interessant und die Tour-Führerin super lieb. Wir hatten auch Glück, sodass unsere Gruppe nur aus 4 Personen bestand. Also alles so wie man es sich vorstellt.
Christoph GWe did the pasta making class followed by lunch at Masseria Pupino and hosted by Gaetano. This experience was an absolute highlight of our time in Italy. Gaetano was the perfect host. He knew ahead of time that my wife was pregnant and went to great lengths to ensure that all the food was suitable for her. Gaetano's masseria was beautiful and he allowed us to look around the grounds where he was growing fresh vegetables, grapes etc. The pasta making took place within the main building and we made 3 different shapes of pasta. What followed was an incredible meal made up of local Puglia dishes using local ingredients, all prepared by Gaetano who explained each dish to us. This was the best food we had whilst in Italy for 3 weeks, it really was beautiful. Gaetano was superb company and I would recommend this experience to anybody visiting the area. Thank you!
