Marco organised two experiences for us while in Puglia - both were amazing! First we took a boat tour in Polignano al Mare, which was relaxing and beautiful. Second we did a pasta making class with lunch in a trulli near Martina Franca - which was great fun and very personal. Marco was very easy to communicate with from start to finish and has such wonderful experiences on offer. Galit LipinWe went to Extravergine Savoia masseria and did an Olive Oil tour that was very nice. We saw the olive trees and picked some olives. We also saw the old masseria that was underground and then tasted different kinds of olive oils. Rosaria was an excellent host with so many information and such a lovely character. We definitely recommend going to the Savoia if you love olive oil! On another note, Marco was very helpful to find us the perfect olive oil tour in Puglia!

It was great fun and very delicious... he prepared several courses with tasty ingredients from his own garden. We can highly recommend the pasta making class!
L SMy husband and I booked the "Private Cooking Class with Grandmother" on our honeymoon. The class was taught by three women, including the promosed grandmother and her daughter. Both only spoke Italian, so there was a third women to assist with translation. We created orecchiette, macaroni, and sagne from hand. Then we helped roll meatballs. Not only did they teach us how to make two pasta dishes by hand, but they shared ingredients and recipes and served us with our choice of the local Rosé. The food was delicious and we saw all three noodles on restaurant menus throughout the Puglia area. The property was also beautiful and a quiet, relaxing spot for lunch.
