We did the pasta making class followed by lunch at Masseria Pupino and hosted by Gaetano. This experience was an absolute highlight of our time in Italy. Gaetano was the perfect host. He knew ahead of time that my wife was pregnant and went to great lengths to ensure that all the food was suitable for her. Gaetano's masseria was beautiful and he allowed us to look around the grounds where he was growing fresh vegetables, grapes etc. The pasta making took place within the main building and we made 3 different shapes of pasta. What followed was an incredible meal made up of local Puglia dishes using local ingredients, all prepared by Gaetano who explained each dish to us. This was the best food we had whilst in Italy for 3 weeks, it really was beautiful. Gaetano was superb company and I would recommend this experience to anybody visiting the area. Thank you!

Cheese your and tasting put a nice finishing touch to our visit to Apulia. Very informational, to die for fresh mozzarella and burrata, lovely masseria. The light cheese and meats were obviously exceptional. Wished it was a smaller crowd but still very enjoyable. DO NOT LEAVE WOTHOUT TRYING THE VANILLA ICE CREAM.

Brilliant experience!! Everything was great from the communication to tasting of all the different cheeses at the end. Really enjoyed learning how to make the cheese and Marco was excellent.

We visited a lovely Masseria where they toured us around the farm and showed us the process of making mozzarella and burrata. Marco was extremely informative! The cheese was so delicious and we were able to have a nice lunch of bread, cheese, meats, and wine afterwards. Would 100% recommend for an authentic Puglian experience. Grazie Marco!

It was so amazing, we had the best time with davide and francesco, who were both so patient with some of our not-so-talented chefs. The meal itself was delicious, we were with people from Venice and Milan, and they loved the meal so much. The sausage mushroom cherry tomato sauce was beyond my wildest dreams.

Pasta making and private home cooking chef geboekt bij terra che vive in ons vakantie huis in Puglia. Communicatie vooraf via mail ging zeer soepel en duidelijk. Tot in de puntjes besproken en uitgevoerd! Davide en Fransesco hebben ons de fijne kneepjes van het pasta maken geleerd en ons daarna een heerlijk diner voorgeschoteld. Alles schoon achtergelaten. Ontzettend goed geslaagde avond. Kan dit iedereen aanraden!
