Sometimes it can feel a bit unpleasant entering someone's home, but we felt welcomed from the first minute. Tjasa GerdejThis was an excellent experience! We toured the farm first, met the cheese maker, and then made the cheese! Cheese making is an art and quite the process! We later lunched on the cheese we made , accompanied by wine and locally made deli meats. A fine experience and worth doing. We would do it again!
mara ursoThis was an extremely enjoyable tour full of very interesting information given my Marco. The cheese was absolutely delicious and could not have been fresher! The area is beautiful and accommodation at the Masseria is also offered staying in the Trulli. They looked like a lovely place to stay. We opted for the tour followed by appetisers.....warning! This is like a FULL meal. There was so much food that we were unable to finish it. Everything was tasty! I would highly recommend to anyone considering taking this tour.
