Pasta making and private home cooking chef geboekt bij terra che vive in ons vakantie huis in Puglia. Communicatie vooraf via mail ging zeer soepel en duidelijk. Tot in de puntjes besproken en uitgevoerd! Davide en Fransesco hebben ons de fijne kneepjes van het pasta maken geleerd en ons daarna een heerlijk diner voorgeschoteld. Alles schoon achtergelaten. Ontzettend goed geslaagde avond. Kan dit iedereen aanraden!

Second we did a pasta making class with lunch in a trulli near Martina Franca - which was great fun and very personal. After driving through the olive groves for three days, we arrived at the Masseria Savoia in search of answers. “Rosaria” patiently answered all of our questions about cultivating olives trees, managing olive groves, and making and refining extra virgin olive oil. It was a wonderful experience. We just received, at our home in Pennsylvania, the six bottles of extra virgin olive oil that we purchased! One day, we’d like to come back and see the new museum that Savoia is building. Such a rich history of olive oil dating back centuries.
