we had an amazing experience in our tour with Marco! He is very knowledgeable and we spend the morning seeing how to make cheese, pasta making class and visiting the farm - plus some delicious italian delicacies at the end! Marco was really patient and flexible and our two year old twins loved it as well. Furthermore, the staff at masseria dell'arco were also great. Would certainly recommend, and a very good price for value.

Ariel ZhangWe had a wonderful olive "workshop" with Rosaria in their Azienda Agricola Savoia. We really enjoyed her explanation and very warm hospitality. There are olive trees from ancient period that touched our heart and soul. Absolutely cool and useful. Everyone should visit this farm.

The Farmhouse tour was incredible and only topped by the multi-course lunch served after the pasta making, cheese making, touring the property, learning the history of the region, and bonding with the farm animals. The experience itself was very intimate and authentic, as we prepped 3 types of pasta in an old wine cellar and ate our preparations (and then some) on the back patio. We learned a great deal about Italian living and the food was absolutely delicious. The intention is to do this anytime were in the Puglia region!
