Brian FrayNo such a great experience when done authentically in the farmhouse (masseria) of Anna, fabulous hosting and guidance of Marco and the great funny grandma Francesca. Even our younger child (although 20 yrs old) who doesn't cook had actively participating and enjoyed the preparation of the various pastas. Ending the cooking session with a delicious lunch prepared by Anna from our hand making pasta accompanied with local wine and the local pasticciotto, and yes, Anna cherry 🍒 liquor was of a timely great finale. Thank you again Marco, Francesca and Anna . Would love to return back. Big hugs and love from us.
