    We had a great experience with Marco and Lorenzo. They were very nice, flexible and knowledgable about the whole process of making burrata, mozzarella etc. It was really fun and added a sense of adventure to our trip!

  • Trough Terra Che Vive we booked the ''Dairyman for a day: mozzarella and burrata making class'' It was a great experience and well guided by Marco. All steps within the process are shown whereafter you can try it yourself. The tasting afterwards is good and abundant.

    Our family of three had an AMAZING experience learning to make pasta at Terra Che Vive! They were very welcoming, and we shared some laughs at our pasta mistakes and celebrated the moment each of us figured out how to make each type. The host spoke very good English and we only had to pull out Google Translate a couple times. Then the meals we ate after making the fresh pasta were out-of-this-world delicious. Ate al fresco with a glass of wine for Mom and Dad and a Fanta for our daughter. We had to rush through the meal, unfortunately (which was due to our poor planning, not theirs), because we wanted to eat each and every bite! Thank you to everyone for a great experience!

    What an amazing experience. Marco provides an amazing experience from breaking down the history of the farm, to interacting with the cheese maker and having the freshest burrata ever and helping you out when you struggle to make orecchiette. 100% would recommend this experience.

  • Great host. Very patient and the tour was nice for us to start our holiday in Puglia. We understood a little more about the region and its historic context. The pasta making and cheese making chefs were very polite and good. The only drawback was that as we were non meat and alcohol drinkers. The substitute items were perhaps not as good. We could've done with some good veggie options at the end to sample.

    We had a wonderful pizza making experience here in Locorotondo. The hosts of the farmhouse Francesca and Ana made us feel really welcome and were very patient and helpful when showing us how to make the dough and then rolling it out ready for the toppings. There was a great selection of toppings and it was great to see the oven lit with just olive twigs and branches collected from the farm. We had so much to eat and the homemade almond biscuits, and coffee and orange liqueurs were amazing. Thank you so much to Marco for helping us with the translating too. Highly recommended!
