  • Our dairyman for the day experience was truly enjoyable! We learned so much about the process to make different kinds of mozzarella/Burrata and got “recompense “ for the work we did, deliciously. I have a greater appreciation for eating and enjoying Burrata/Mozzarella after spending the day with Roberto and Marco. If you are in Puglia, this a must not miss experience!!

    We had an amazing time. A great opportunity to have an authentic experience and meet some wonderful people. Marco was so kind and made such an effort to ensure we had fun and learned all about the ingredients we used and the process of making pasta. This was something I’ll remember forever!     We booked the private chef to cater a dinner for nine people at the villa we were staying at in Puglia. It was genuinely the highlight of our trip - the team was very friendly, professional and flexible, and the food was absolutely delicious. One of our party was gluten free, and it was no trouble at all. Would highly, highly recommend.

  • We had a wonderful pasta making class and lunch at Trulli Anna. We learned to make a variety of pasta shapes and were then treated to a delicious lunch with local foods. Marco, Anna, Francesca and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend.

    My family thoroughly enjoyed our private cheesemaking experience with Marco and Terra Che Vive! We loved everything from the tour of the masseria to the hands on cheesemaking class! Umberto's cheese was delicious...we are still dreaming about it!

    My husband and I booked the "Private Cooking Class with Grandmother" on our honeymoon. The class was taught by three women, including the promosed grandmother and her daughter. Both only spoke Italian, so there was a third women to assist with translation. We created orecchiette, macaroni, and sagne from hand. Then we helped roll meatballs. Not only did they teach us how to make two pasta dishes by hand, but they shared ingredients and recipes and served us with our choice of the local Rosé. The food was delicious and we saw all three noodles on restaurant menus throughout the Puglia area. The property was also beautiful and a quiet, relaxing spot for lunch.

    Great host. Very patient and the tour was nice for us to start our holiday in Puglia. We understood a little more about the region and its historic context. The pasta making and cheese making chefs were very polite and good. The only drawback was that as we were non meat and alcohol drinkers. The substitute items were perhaps not as good. We could've done with some good veggie options at the end to sample.

    We did Dairy an for a day. It was phenomenal. Marco showed us the farm (wear appropriate shoes as it's a farm). Then we went inside and with the help of cheese maker and artisan Umberto plus translation from Marco we made mozza, Burrata and watched Umberto craft Fior di latte cheese. It was so much fun and we learned a lot. Plus we got to eat our cheeses and some charcuterie. There was so much we had takeaway too. A great day, great experience, completely authentic, great value and one of the trip highlights. We wished we had taken more experiences from this company. I am definitely referring my friends.
