  • Anbefales på det varmeste! Unik opplevelse på en liten gård i nærheten av Locorotondo. Vi lærte å lage pasta (orrechiette, strascinate og cavatelli) av nonna Fransesca. Marco forklarte underveis og supplerte med mye kunnskap om pastalaging, om Puglia generelt, etc. Avsluttet med et deilig måltid med både egenlaget pasta og lokale spesialiteter. Både vi foreldre og de tre tenåringene storkoste seg.

    My husband and I just got back from a 3+ week trip to Italy, starting in Tuscany and ending in Puglia. During that time we saw amazing sites and had many, many unforgettable experiences but few, if any, will be as memorable as the time we spent with Marco and Umberto at a dairy farm outside Martina Franca where we learned about and participated in the mozzarella and burrata cheese-making process. Marco, the owner of Terra Che Vive but also our guide during this experience, could not have been more knowledgeable or enthusiastic, and Umberto, the master cheese-maker, could not have been more welcoming. The whole adventure, including the cheese "tasting" (WAY more than a tasting) of the cheeses we helped make, along with meats and wine, was unequivocally great. When in Puglia, do this!

    We had an incredible time with Marco and Umberto. Our daughter (3.5) talks about it constantly. They were both so wonderful with her, and she (and we!) learned so much. Highly recommend this experience.

  • We did Dairy an for a day. It was phenomenal. Marco showed us the farm (wear appropriate shoes as it's a farm). Then we went inside and with the help of cheese maker and artisan Umberto plus translation from Marco we made mozza, Burrata and watched Umberto craft Fior di latte cheese. It was so much fun and we learned a lot. Plus we got to eat our cheeses and some charcuterie. There was so much we had takeaway too. A great day, great experience, completely authentic, great value and one of the trip highlights. We wished we had taken more experiences from this company. I am definitely referring my friends.

    We were in the workshop of making burrata and mozzarella cheeses It was excellent. Mr. Marco Alessandro Punzi's guidance on the place and the cheeses was comprehensive and interesting. He was very patient and very nice. The translation about making the cheeses was excellent and the cheesemaker explained in detail and gave us a real try. After the preparation, a table was waiting for us with delicacies of the place and the cheeses we prepared. We are very satisfied and recommend everyone to come.

    Expérience formidable du début à la fin. D'abord parce que Marco est très réactif dans ses retours et qu'il sait vous guider au mieux pour vos choix. Le jour J, tout était parfait, l'accueil, les explications, la visite. Nous avons appris à faire des pâtes avec Roberto, le chef, et Marco qui est toujours là pour vous aider et vous expliquer. Nous avons également découvert comment sont élaborées la mozzarella et la burrata et avons eu la chance de les déguster juste 3 minutes après. Les meilleures que nous avons mangées de toute notre vie. Sans aucun doute je recommande Marco, réservez les yeux fermés sincèrement. Un immense merci pour ces souvenirs impérissables, nous reviendrons!!!
