    We experienced the Burrata making as a family of 6, Marco was very professional and explained in detail the processes involved in making all of his products.This tour is highly enjoyable and hands on, recommend that you try this!

    We enjoyed an excellent visit at this friendly, informative and interesting location. We started to really understand how extra virgin olive oil is made and why there are differences. Our host was lovely and her passion shone thru. Very genuine place. Would highly recommend.

  • Myself and 3 others booked a tour and lunch with Terra Che Vive. It stands out as one of my favourite activities our our trip to Italy. The communication with the establishment was excellent and food requests were honoured. The actual day was spectacular - we enjoyed the small group experience and the beautiful landscape. Our guide was engaging, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't say enough about the lunch - it surpassed all of our expectations both in terms of variety, presentation, and taste. I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an "away from the maddening crowds" experience and what that reflects the true southern Italian culture. Thank you all.

    Fabulous morning spent learning to make mozzarella and buratta with TERRA Che VIVE food tasting tours in Puglia. Marco gave us a great tour of the beautiful farm which included seeing the animals followed by the cheese making class with Marco and Umberto. They made the experience both educational and entertaining and the end result was the most delicious cheese we have ever tasted. At the end of the class, students are treated to the cheese they made along with samples of other cheeses and meats. Highly recommend this activity in Puglia.

    We had a great experience with Marco and Lorenzo. They were very nice, flexible and knowledgable about the whole process of making burrata, mozzarella etc. It was really fun and added a sense of adventure to our trip!

  • Absolutely brilliant food experience! From start to finish, the orecchiette pasta making course was our favourite holiday activity. Anna and Francesca were wonderful hosts and teachers, alongside Marco who was a brilliant translator and helped make the experience so easy! It was extremely in depth, we learned at least 8 different types of orecchiette. As it was just us, it felt like we could ask every question that popped into our heads! To top it off, Marco and Anna arranged for us to have our lunch in our own Trulli onsite! We were given a fabulous meal of breads, charcuterie and of course, the pasta we’d just prepared- topped off with vino, gorgeous traditional Puglian desserts and Anna’s homemade liqueurs. This was without doubt the best course we’ve ever done in Italy. We will be booking again with Marco and Terra Che Vive on our next trip. Worth every penny.

    Me and my boyfriend attended the cooking class with Clelia and Raffaella and it was a really lovely experience. We did a private class and it was such a relaxed environment. Sometimes it can feel a bit unpleasant entering someone's home, but we felt welcomed from the first minute. Thank you ladies for a great time and helpful tricks we learnt :) We already made focaccia for our friends back home and they loved it! :)
