Brilliant experience!! Everything was great from the communication to tasting of all the different cheeses at the end. Really enjoyed learning how to make the cheese and Marco was excellent.

The atmosphere was quaint starting with a glass of wine in the olive grove, to the baking of the bread in a historic oven in a Truli to making of the pasta and then cooking everything. Ho trovato l'esperienza della visita in masseria con la preparazione dei prodotti caseari tipici molto coinvolgente. Una nota di elogio va alla guida Marco così come ad Umberto, che con pazienza e simpatia ci hanno mostrato dettagliatamente tutte le fasi della produzione casearia.
