We enjoyed 2 fantastic local experiences whilst on holiday in Puglia. After contacting Terra Che Vive by email, Marco was super helpful in organising an olive oil tasting and tour, as well as an authentic private pasta making class. Both experiences were in beautiful settings with very friendly and informative guides/cooks. Terra Che Vive really helped to provide the absolute highlights of our time in the region.
Matt StyantWe had such a wonderful time learning about how burrata and other cheeses were made. Our 3 children loved the experience and were all able to participate (ages 5 to 14). Taste testing was the best part! Would love to try another experience next time we are in Italy!
Fil D'AngeloWe had amazing time with Rafaela and Clelia. Learning how to make Focaccia and Orecchiette was so easy and flawless. They are super nice, communication was smooth, they paid attention to each of us guiding us how to get the best Orecchiette. And lunch was delicious. We had the best burrata even, made same day by local artisans. Got some insights on one to to in the city and left home with their ‘secret recipes’ so we can cook the best pastas at home as well. Trusted source :)! Tried alone at home the recipes and went perfectly fine! Will definitely try it again when will come back and share with our friends as well! Grazie!!
Ramona DeduWas an amazing experience with cheese making and then followed by the private cooking class. We had a blast as a group and the food was delicious and so much of it! Had no complaints at all, was a memorable experience.
Nicholas PMerece la pena si vas con niños porque la mayor parte del tiempo están viendo animales. Los señores que hacen la mozarella son fantásticos, pero solo dura 15min realmente.

Marco, the vineyard owner, gave us a great tour of his vineyards and facility as well as a wine tasting with a mix of amazing appetizers. He is a fifth generation winemaker with a wealth of knowledge on winemaking and the puglia region, and a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend visiting the vineyard when staying in the Ostuni area. Grazie mille Marco!

Marco was very responsive and thorough in organizing the events, and the experiences themselves were extraordinary. Neither tour felt "canned" or touristy. They were authentic, informative, and very enjoyable!
