We had a wonderful experience with Terra Che Vive on our Pasta making course with Chef David and his Nonna Julia at their family Trulli. Communication leading up to the event was great and the team hosted a lovely evening for our group of 6 adults. We learned about Puglian pasta and a bit of local culture. David and Francesca (of Terra Che Vive) created a wonderfully relaxed, well organized, laugh filled evening for us. And they topped it off with an incredible meal. We highly recommend!

He was very patient and very nice. The translation about making the cheeses was excellent and the cheesemaker explained in detail and gave us a real try. After the preparation, a table was waiting for us with delicacies of the place and the cheeses we prepared. We are very satisfied and recommend everyone to come.
תמר ויקסMy husband and I really enjoyed the 90 minute olive oil tasting! Our guide was very passionate and provided a lot of information. She also spoke English to accommodate us. The owners were so hospitable and friendly also. Their olive oil is delicious and organic. We bought three bottles!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo deciso di trascorrere una mattina in masseria, provando l’esperienza da casaro presso una masseria a Martina Franca.
L’esperienza è stata meravigliosa, sia il casaro che il referente di Terra Che Vive ci hanno accompagnato col sorriso in ogni momento, dalla visita della masseria alla lavorazione delle mozzarelle.
