My partner and I had the best time making mozzarella, burrata and stracciatella in a caseificio off the beaten track! Marco showed us around the property and guided us through the workshop and dedicated so much time to making sure we had a great experience!

Our family of six enjoyed the Farm house tour tremendously. Our kids range from ages 9-16 and they all enjoyed watching the cheese being made and seeing all the farm animals. The lunch afterward was delicious and there was so much food! We enjoyed learning about how the masseria worked from so long ago. Marco was very responsive and did a great job. Thank you Terra Che Vive!

Cheese farm tour - Great experience! booking was very easy. Our guide was sweet and knowledgable. Toured the farm, saw how they make their cheeses, and had great lunch at the end. Definitely recomended!!

This was a delightful private wine tasting experience for my wife and I. Marco has a great set up going to produce his organic wine and we enjoyed learning how it was all made. The tasting was delicious and we were given plenty of time to relax and enjoy the options with some good nibbles to accompany. We were staying in Ostuni. Round trip taxi set us back 70 euros, which was worth it so we could both indulge appropriately.

We had a great vineyard tour and wine tasting experience with Marco! He explained their wine making process and then we had a tasting with some delicious local appetizers. He also was very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Wonderful experience! Tour of cheese making facility was extremely interesting and then the farm made it all so real. The cheese, meats, bread, wine, water and dessert afterwards were delicious. Well worth the drive and price.

Trough Terra Che Vive we booked the ''Dairyman for a day: mozzarella and burrata making class'' It was a great experience and well guided by Marco. All steps within the process are shown whereafter you can try it yourself. The tasting afterwards is good and abundant.

Highly recommended to visit the mozzarella farm. Marco is a super nice guide and he shows you exactly how the cheeses are made. We also got a nice tour of the farm and finally we had a delicious lunch. It's definitely worth the money.
