Tom GwynneMarcos tour was an absolute wonder filled with knowledge not only about the Burrata making process but historical about the region, The Masseria was beyond beautiful and even had a set of Truli's, the quality of the product we saw make and tasted was superb and as fresh as it can get. I would do it again just for the food tasting!
