Our dairyman for the day experience was truly enjoyable! We learned so much about the process to make different kinds of mozzarella/Burrata and got “recompense “ for the work we did, deliciously. I have a greater appreciation for eating and enjoying Burrata/Mozzarella after spending the day with Roberto and Marco. If you are in Puglia, this a must not miss experience!!
Christine LopezNo such a great experience when done authentically in the farmhouse (masseria) of Anna, fabulous hosting and guidance of Marco and the great funny grandma Francesca. Even our younger child (although 20 yrs old) who doesn't cook had actively participating and enjoyed the preparation of the various pastas. Ending the cooking session with a delicious lunch prepared by Anna from our hand making pasta accompanied with local wine and the local pasticciotto, and yes, Anna cherry 🍒 liquor was of a timely great finale. Thank you again Marco, Francesca and Anna . Would love to return back. Big hugs and love from us.
Ron MonsonegoWas an amazing experience with cheese making and then followed by the private cooking class. We had a blast as a group and the food was delicious and so much of it! Had no complaints at all, was a memorable experience.
Nicholas PHighly recommend to take this class! It is truly unique experience. You make cheese with our own hands, and you eat it...during the process and after. Marco is knowledgeable about the farm and good English, very nice. I would go again if visit Puglia.
Iya TAn absolutely wonderful experience! Our Italian host, Marco, was well spoken and beautifully informed. We have never thought of doing cheese making, however, this will be long remembered. Cheese makers, Umberto and Francesco, were delightful and made us feel “part of the team”. They encouraged us to be fully involved (with our hands) in every step. Our labors were rewarded with delicious cheeses to eat! Lunch also included local meats! A tremendous event!! Highly recommended!!!
