We went to Extravergine Savoia masseria and did an Olive Oil tour that was very nice. We saw the olive trees and picked some olives. We also saw the old masseria that was underground and then tasted different kinds of olive oils. Rosaria was an excellent host with so many information and such a lovely character. We definitely recommend going to the Savoia if you love olive oil! On another note, Marco was very helpful to find us the perfect olive oil tour in Puglia!

Le jour J, tout était parfait, l'accueil, les explications, la visite. Nous avons appris à faire des pâtes avec Roberto, le chef, et Marco qui est toujours là pour vous aider et vous expliquer. Nous avons également découvert comment sont élaborées la mozzarella et la burrata et avons eu la chance de les déguster juste 3 minutes après. Les meilleures que nous avons mangées de toute notre vie. Sans aucun doute je recommande Marco, réservez les yeux fermés sincèrement. Un immense merci pour ces souvenirs impérissables, nous reviendrons!!!

Chase CarrellaWe had a great vineyard tour and wine tasting experience with Marco! He explained their wine making process and then we had a tasting with some delicious local appetizers. He also was very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Our children had a great time, and we all agreed it was the best mozzarella and burrata we have ever had. We also enjoyed lunch at the farm restaurant after the tour and all of the food was delicious (warning, portions are generous so come hungry!).

He was very patient and very nice. The translation about making the cheeses was excellent and the cheesemaker explained in detail and gave us a real try. After the preparation, a table was waiting for us with delicacies of the place and the cheeses we prepared. We are very satisfied and recommend everyone to come.
