Karin SteinThis was a delightful private wine tasting experience for my wife and I. Marco has a great set up going to produce his organic wine and we enjoyed learning how it was all made. The tasting was delicious and we were given plenty of time to relax and enjoy the options with some good nibbles to accompany. We were staying in Ostuni. Round trip taxi set us back 70 euros, which was worth it so we could both indulge appropriately.

Sitting on the patio within the beautiful setting of the Puglia countryside was dreamlike. The Focaccia was perfect- tasted just like my Nona from Bari made every Sunday! Marco was an amazing host— we highly recommend!
Dawn HusnickWe booked the Mozzarella tasting tour, and it exceeded our expectations. From the first contact with Marco until the very end of our experience, we felt we were in the hands of real professionals. Marco met us at the farm on time. We had some problems with luggage storate and Marco made sure they were handled before our tour started. He took us to different points of interest, including a demonstration of the making of various cheeses, stories about the farm history and more. The place itself is pleasant and relaxing, it also has some accomodation options we plan to try next time. During the demonstration we tasted amazing mozzarella and burrata, and later we also had other delicious items, including cured meats, wine and a dessert. The experience was pleasant, our 13 year old daughter loved to see the farm animals, which are kept in good welfare in health by people who really love what they do. Authentic, excellent experience, highly recommend Marco and the team.

Dan BallIt was a brilliant experience to join the Burrata cheese making workshop. Marco showed us around their farm and explain how they take care of animals there. It was one of my dream to learn burrata making but we could not book earlier because of many other appointments but he accepted us even one day before the workshop. The cheese tasted really good with wine and assorted salami! Thank you!

No detail was overlooked, from the initial booking request, to the moment when the last piece of food was polished off of our plates. Chef Davide, Francesco, Attilio, and Francesca joined our party of 16 for 3 nights, and created some incredible meals that surpassed all of our expectations. Our gathering at the villa in Puglia was a very special one for my husband’s 50th Birthday. We had guests who flew in from all over the world to come celebrate with us, and I couldn’t be happier that we chose Terra che Vive to help us plan this special occasion. The food was not only delicious, but executed perfectly. The staff was simply lovely. Everyone was so friendly and did everything they could to let us have a few stress free fun evenings enjoying each others company. I can’t recommend this service enough.
