An absolutely wonderful experience! Our Italian host, Marco, was well spoken and beautifully informed. We have never thought of doing cheese making, however, this will be long remembered. Cheese makers, Umberto and Francesco, were delightful and made us feel “part of the team”. They encouraged us to be fully involved (with our hands) in every step. Our labors were rewarded with delicious cheeses to eat! Lunch also included local meats! A tremendous event!! Highly recommended!!!
Michael CroweThis was a delightful private wine tasting experience for my wife and I. Marco has a great set up going to produce his organic wine and we enjoyed learning how it was all made. The tasting was delicious and we were given plenty of time to relax and enjoy the options with some good nibbles to accompany. We were staying in Ostuni. Round trip taxi set us back 70 euros, which was worth it so we could both indulge appropriately.

They captivated all of our 5 kids attentions at all times. (Our youngest was 5 and oldest was 12). Pasta making was a real treat. We will definitely be back!!
Kali LiakosWe visited a cheese farm producing mozzarella and buratta, but also many other types of cheese. We were able to see the cows, the milking process, the making of mozzarella and buratta and taste local cheeses and ham at the end of the visit. Giuseppe, the owner of the farm and the tour guide was very friendly and passionate about his work. An amazing experience, we highly recommend!

franco palmiottoWe visited a lovely Masseria where they toured us around the farm and showed us the process of making mozzarella and burrata. Marco was extremely informative! The cheese was so delicious and we were able to have a nice lunch of bread, cheese, meats, and wine afterwards. Would 100% recommend for an authentic Puglian experience. Grazie Marco!

My four children, husband, and I did the cheese demonstration, pasta making, and lunch. We all enjoyed ourselves. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia.
Elizabeth DeRoseWe did Dairy an for a day. It was phenomenal. Marco showed us the farm (wear appropriate shoes as it's a farm). Then we went inside and with the help of cheese maker and artisan Umberto plus translation from Marco we made mozza, Burrata and watched Umberto craft Fior di latte cheese. It was so much fun and we learned a lot. Plus we got to eat our cheeses and some charcuterie. There was so much we had takeaway too. A great day, great experience, completely authentic, great value and one of the trip highlights. We wished we had taken more experiences from this company. I am definitely referring my friends.
