Clelia & Raffaella were wonderful! We went into Clelia’s home and learned all about simple but beautiful Puglian food, as well as two wonderful Puglian women and their amazing dog, Jame. We can’t wait to cook the food at home in England, and we cannot thank them enough for their kindness and this memorable experience.

It was one of my dream to learn burrata making but we could not book earlier because of many other appointments but he accepted us even one day before the workshop. Yuko AmamiWe hosted three different private chefs at our villa during our Puglia stay and Terra Che Vive (represented by Chef Mattia) was absolutely the best. We particularly loved his focaccia, layered mushroom lasagna with stracciatella and apulian cheesecake. Mattia was also incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring we had the right wines and our glasses were full. Highly recommend!

Lucile AlléonThis is an amazing experience if you’re keen to learn about olive oil. Incredibly interesting to see how it was made historically and currently in the modern day, tasting different oils is also really interesting, and there is so much more to it than you would think. Rosaria is a fabulous host, and there is nothing that she does not know about Olive oil! A lovely little goodie bag send you on your way, and no pressure too but anything else, but loads to choose from is you want to. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough!
Andrew EssonWe truly enjoyed our two-hour olive oil tour and tasting in Puglia. After driving through the olive groves for three days, we arrived at the Masseria Savoia in search of answers. “Rosaria” patiently answered all of our questions about cultivating olives trees, managing olive groves, and making and refining extra virgin olive oil. It was a wonderful experience. We just received, at our home in Pennsylvania, the six bottles of extra virgin olive oil that we purchased! One day, we’d like to come back and see the new museum that Savoia is building. Such a rich history of olive oil dating back centuries.
