I have visited the burrata and monzarella making class and it was a great experience. We went through every step of the proces and the result was great. One of the best Burrata I have tasted.

Fil D'AngeloTruly a wonderful experience and Highly recommended! A very interesting and informative tour in a beautiful Masseria. We enjoyed the process of cheese making and tasted minutes made mozzarella. It was delicious. After the cheese tour we visited the farm, many cows and cute calves amongst other animals. We were also informed about the area, the Itria valley, Trulli and more. Marco is a super guide, very friendly and welcoming. He speaks very good english and we had a wonderful conversation about our country and food in general. The place where the farm is situated is so peaceful with wonderful views of the countryside. After the tour we enjoyed a tasting which included local capocollo, salami, bread, caciocavallo, fresh cheese (divine), mozzarella etc all fresh and produced in-house. To accompany our meal we were given a large bottle of wine from the Itria Valley and a bottle of water, followed by dessert and coffee. Worth every penny :) Well done to all and keep it up! thanks for this amazing experience. Malta xxx

The pasta making class with Gaetano was brilliant, very authentic and a huge lunch at the end of the class which was amazing. We toured the farm, Marco shared the rich history of the farm and the land surrounding, Umberto walked us through the entire process of mozzarella and burrata cheese making, and we finished off the day with a delightful spread of meats, cheeses, and wines. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the experience to anyone.
