This was an extremely enjoyable tour full of very interesting information given my Marco. The cheese was absolutely delicious and could not have been fresher! The area is beautiful and accommodation at the Masseria is also offered staying in the Trulli. They looked like a lovely place to stay. We opted for the tour followed by appetisers.....warning! This is like a FULL meal. There was so much food that we were unable to finish it. Everything was tasty! I would highly recommend to anyone considering taking this tour.

Namrita SharmaAn absolutely wonderful experience! Our Italian host, Marco, was well spoken and beautifully informed. We have never thought of doing cheese making, however, this will be long remembered. Cheese makers, Umberto and Francesco, were delightful and made us feel “part of the team”. They encouraged us to be fully involved (with our hands) in every step. Our labors were rewarded with delicious cheeses to eat! Lunch also included local meats! A tremendous event!! Highly recommended!!!
Michael CroweWe did the pasta making class followed by lunch at Masseria Pupino and hosted by Gaetano. This experience was an absolute highlight of our time in Italy. Gaetano was the perfect host. He knew ahead of time that my wife was pregnant and went to great lengths to ensure that all the food was suitable for her. Gaetano's masseria was beautiful and he allowed us to look around the grounds where he was growing fresh vegetables, grapes etc. The pasta making took place within the main building and we made 3 different shapes of pasta. What followed was an incredible meal made up of local Puglia dishes using local ingredients, all prepared by Gaetano who explained each dish to us. This was the best food we had whilst in Italy for 3 weeks, it really was beautiful. Gaetano was superb company and I would recommend this experience to anybody visiting the area. Thank you!
