Had a very interesting tour of the olive grove and learnt about the mechanics of olive oil production. Guide was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend.

After driving through the olive groves for three days, we arrived at the Masseria Savoia in search of answers. “Rosaria” patiently answered all of our questions about cultivating olives trees, managing olive groves, and making and refining extra virgin olive oil. It was a wonderful experience. We just received, at our home in Pennsylvania, the six bottles of extra virgin olive oil that we purchased! One day, we’d like to come back and see the new museum that Savoia is building. Such a rich history of olive oil dating back centuries. Hilary StephensThis is an amazing experience if you’re keen to learn about olive oil. Incredibly interesting to see how it was made historically and currently in the modern day, tasting different oils is also really interesting, and there is so much more to it than you would think. Rosaria is a fabulous host, and there is nothing that she does not know about Olive oil! A lovely little goodie bag send you on your way, and no pressure too but anything else, but loads to choose from is you want to. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

Dans les deux expériences, les hôtes étaient extrêmement chaleureux et généreux. Marco est très disponible et à l'écoute. Expériences incroyables!
Ariane GendronWe had a wonderful time at the farm. Marco was an excellent guide and explained everything with such energy. The cheese makers showed us a variety of the different ways they make the cheeses. After the tour we had a "sampling" of different cheeses, salamis and homemade wine. It was all so fresh and tasty, we couldn't eat any more. And then they brought out a desert. We didn't eat for rest of the day! I would highly recommend this as a fun and interesting thing to do for kids and adults the same.
