ALESSIA MEOLIWe had a great vineyard tour and wine tasting experience with Marco! He explained their wine making process and then we had a tasting with some delicious local appetizers. He also was very knowledgeable and welcoming.
Melissa MenardWow what a special night to remember! Terre Che Vive and Marco really treated us well by arranging a special pizza making night for my friend’s birthday at our trulli villa. Marco and Davide setup early and literally took care of everything. They shared the best tips and tricks for making delicious authentic pizza and also treated us to some local side dishes. This is a must do at your rental or go to where they are. Both Marco and Davide are very talented at what they do and all around very kind wonderful people who made us feel right at home in Puglia!
Maura CullenWe visited a lovely Masseria where they toured us around the farm and showed us the process of making mozzarella and burrata. Marco was extremely informative! The cheese was so delicious and we were able to have a nice lunch of bread, cheese, meats, and wine afterwards. Would 100% recommend for an authentic Puglian experience. Grazie Marco!
Molly KidderMarco and Umberto were incredible hosts. From start to finish they made us feel welcome. We toured the farm, Marco shared the rich history of the farm and the land surrounding, Umberto walked us through the entire process of mozzarella and burrata cheese making, and we finished off the day with a delightful spread of meats, cheeses, and wines. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the experience to anyone.
Candy FarraWe had such a wonderful time learning about how burrata and other cheeses were made. Our 3 children loved the experience and were all able to participate (ages 5 to 14). Taste testing was the best part! Would love to try another experience next time we are in Italy!
Fil D'Angelowe did the visit to the farm / watching cheese making & tasting. It was awesome. Marco was great giving us the tour and also was really easy to deal with in making the arrangements - he answered lost of questions, not only on the tour, but on Puglia too. I would definitely recommend!
Greg DunnAnbefales på det varmeste! Unik opplevelse på en liten gård i nærheten av Locorotondo. Vi lærte å lage pasta (orrechiette, strascinate og cavatelli) av nonna Fransesca. Marco forklarte underveis og supplerte med mye kunnskap om pastalaging, om Puglia generelt, etc. Avsluttet med et deilig måltid med både egenlaget pasta og lokale spesialiteter. Både vi foreldre og de tre tenåringene storkoste seg.
