We had a wonderful time at the farm. Marco was an excellent guide and explained everything with such energy. The cheese makers showed us a variety of the different ways they make the cheeses. After the tour we had a "sampling" of different cheeses, salamis and homemade wine. It was all so fresh and tasty, we couldn't eat any more. And then they brought out a desert. We didn't eat for rest of the day! I would highly recommend this as a fun and interesting thing to do for kids and adults the same.

Debbie KollerWe went to Extravergine Savoia masseria and did an Olive Oil tour that was very nice. We saw the olive trees and picked some olives. We also saw the old masseria that was underground and then tasted different kinds of olive oils. Rosaria was an excellent host with so many information and such a lovely character. We definitely recommend going to the Savoia if you love olive oil! On another note, Marco was very helpful to find us the perfect olive oil tour in Puglia!

Cas vanThis was an extremely enjoyable tour full of very interesting information given my Marco. The cheese was absolutely delicious and could not have been fresher! The area is beautiful and accommodation at the Masseria is also offered staying in the Trulli. They looked like a lovely place to stay. We opted for the tour followed by appetisers.....warning! This is like a FULL meal. There was so much food that we were unable to finish it. Everything was tasty! I would highly recommend to anyone considering taking this tour.

The meal itself was delicious, we were with people from Venice and Milan, and they loved the meal so much. The sausage mushroom cherry tomato sauce was beyond my wildest dreams.
