Had a very interesting tour of the olive grove and learnt about the mechanics of olive oil production. Guide was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend.

Denise RussoVery well organised tour of a small working farm in the heart of the Trulli area (some of the farm building are themselves Trulli). Marco was an excellent organiser and host. He greeted everyone who arrived at the farm for the group tour, then provided an interesting tour of the farm detailing the history of the local area, the farm itself, and the Trulli. The farm highlight was the cheese making, performed by highly experienced local workers who made it in front of the group by hand. Eating the freshly made, still warm burrata & pure mozzarella was quite different from the store bought refrigerated experience. The finale was lunch provided by the farm (served with a good amount of wine). The cold cuts of meat and cheese were the highlight of the meal. We opted for the option which included a seasonal first course which was probably too much food in the end due to the heat, but depends on your appetite. Overall a stellar tour, and top marks for Marco as the guide.
Max HydeWe had the private chef experience at our villa. The food and service was absolutely amazing, Marco and Davide are fantastic chaps. A varied menu, high quality produce, what an evening!
Oliver Thomaswe had an amazing experience in our tour with Marco! He is very knowledgeable and we spend the morning seeing how to make cheese, pasta making class and visiting the farm - plus some delicious italian delicacies at the end! Marco was really patient and flexible and our two year old twins loved it as well. Furthermore, the staff at masseria dell'arco were also great. Would certainly recommend, and a very good price for value.
Ana Luísa NevesWe went to Extravergine Savoia masseria and did an Olive Oil tour that was very nice. We saw the olive trees and picked some olives. We also saw the old masseria that was underground and then tasted different kinds of olive oils. Rosaria was an excellent host with so many information and such a lovely character. We definitely recommend going to the Savoia if you love olive oil! On another note, Marco was very helpful to find us the perfect olive oil tour in Puglia!

claudia gelatoWe attended the pasta making course which included a visit to the cheese factory and farm. The day was an absolute delight and we will certainly be booking another experience with Marco the next time we visit Puglia. Marco knew so much about the history of the area and was such a great host. The workers at the farm were extremely friendly and the food afterwards was delicious. Absolutely recommend this experience. It's these sort of things you remember. Thanks Marco.
Brian FrayMarco and chef Davide gave a very warm welcome at Davide’s family trullo. Lots of interesting history. We learned about making bread, pasta in various traditional shapes and a simple but delicious sauce. Dinner was served using what we made with some additional traditional dishes from Davide’s kitchen. Washed down with delicious wines. Adults and kids all enjoyed the experience and eating our wonderful dinner.
