Thank you for this beautiful experience, we did the activity of cooking pasta at the Masseria Don Agostino and the family is lovely, we really enjoyed the activity and learning about this cooking art. We recommend the experience to everyone. And then we had the opportunity to eat the pasta we prepared!

After driving through the olive groves for three days, we arrived at the Masseria Savoia in search of answers. “Rosaria” patiently answered all of our questions about cultivating olives trees, managing olive groves, and making and refining extra virgin olive oil. It was a wonderful experience. We just received, at our home in Pennsylvania, the six bottles of extra virgin olive oil that we purchased! One day, we’d like to come back and see the new museum that Savoia is building. Such a rich history of olive oil dating back centuries. Namrita SharmaAnbefales på det varmeste! Unik opplevelse på en liten gård i nærheten av Locorotondo. Vi lærte å lage pasta (orrechiette, strascinate og cavatelli) av nonna Fransesca. Marco forklarte underveis og supplerte med mye kunnskap om pastalaging, om Puglia generelt, etc. Avsluttet med et deilig måltid med både egenlaget pasta og lokale spesialiteter. Både vi foreldre og de tre tenåringene storkoste seg.
