Viktoria Beckerביקרנו בהדרכתו של מרקו בחווה לא רחוק ממרטינה פרנקה. הוא נתן לנו סקירה על האזור ועל ההיסטוריה של המקום. ראינו איך מכינים מוצרלה ובוראטה. למדנו איך מכינים פסטה מקומית. לבסוף קיבלנו ארוחת טעימות של גבינות, נקניקים ויין. מרקו נחמד ואדיב. נהננו מאוד ואנחנו ממליצים בחום.
Galit LipinMarco was able to book us on very short notice. We had a wonderful time learning about the ancient olive groves and olive oil making processes old and new. The tasting was also very educational and tasty! This was one of the highlights of our trip.

Samuel BaronWir haben den Mozzarella/Burrata Workshop auf einem Bauernhof nahe MartinaFranca gebucht. Organisation top! Hat alles super funktioniert unser Guide Marco war spitze. Kurze Führung am Bauernhof, danach zum Workshop. War wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis zu sehen wie Mozzarella hergestellt wird und wir durften auch kräftig mitarbeiten und selbst Hand anlegen😉 Danach gab's eine fantastische Jause mit unserem selbstgefertigtem Mozzarella/Burrata, leckerem Brot, Salami, Rotwein....einfach ein Traum und ein fantastisches Geschmackserlebnis. Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen, Preis/Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt. Danke Marco für dieses Erlebnis!👍👍👍

Karen GriggsWe did Dairy an for a day. It was phenomenal. Marco showed us the farm (wear appropriate shoes as it's a farm). Then we went inside and with the help of cheese maker and artisan Umberto plus translation from Marco we made mozza, Burrata and watched Umberto craft Fior di latte cheese. It was so much fun and we learned a lot. Plus we got to eat our cheeses and some charcuterie. There was so much we had takeaway too. A great day, great experience, completely authentic, great value and one of the trip highlights. We wished we had taken more experiences from this company. I am definitely referring my friends.
