Gianluca AmeruosoThe mozzarella and burrata cheese demonstration was one of the highlights of our trip. Marco was incredibly patient with our toddler children and was extremely informative of the Masseria and cheese making process. The demonstration was excellent and we got to taste the cheese right after the demonstration and it was absolutely delicious. We then walked around the Masseria and saw the animals which the kids loved. Then while we had thought we already had the cheese tasting and thought the tour was over we sat down at a table for an incredible tasting of different cheese, cured meats, wine, bread and more. It was an amazing experience and one we would never forget. We would highly recommend.
