We booked the Mozzarella tasting tour, and it exceeded our expectations. From the first contact with Marco until the very end of our experience, we felt we were in the hands of real professionals. Marco met us at the farm on time. We had some problems with luggage storate and Marco made sure they were handled before our tour started. He took us to different points of interest, including a demonstration of the making of various cheeses, stories about the farm history and more. The place itself is pleasant and relaxing, it also has some accomodation options we plan to try next time. During the demonstration we tasted amazing mozzarella and burrata, and later we also had other delicious items, including cured meats, wine and a dessert. The experience was pleasant, our 13 year old daughter loved to see the farm animals, which are kept in good welfare in health by people who really love what they do. Authentic, excellent experience, highly recommend Marco and the team.

lenartcvirn My husband and I had a very relaxed and chatty 4 hours with Gaetano on his lovely farm on the outskirts of Martina Franca, where we learnt to make 3 types of pasta shapes. Lunch was kindly prepared by him with produce from his land and a nearby market, and a very decent Susumaniello rose supplied by a schoolfriend's local vineyard. Our orecchiette in a delicious homemade tomato passata of course was the highlight of the meal. We felt quite at ease with Gaetano and spent a lovely half a day asking him about the area, his family and all those questions buzzing around your head when you visit a new part of the world. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.
paola munnsMy husband and I really enjoyed the 90 minute olive oil tasting! Our guide was very passionate and provided a lot of information. She also spoke English to accommodate us. The owners were so hospitable and friendly also. Their olive oil is delicious and organic. We bought three bottles!
