Lior ArtziWe enjoyed 2 fantastic local experiences whilst on holiday in Puglia. After contacting Terra Che Vive by email, Marco was super helpful in organising an olive oil tasting and tour, as well as an authentic private pasta making class. Both experiences were in beautiful settings with very friendly and informative guides/cooks. Terra Che Vive really helped to provide the absolute highlights of our time in the region.

alba schinardiThis was an extremely enjoyable tour full of very interesting information given my Marco. The cheese was absolutely delicious and could not have been fresher! The area is beautiful and accommodation at the Masseria is also offered staying in the Trulli. They looked like a lovely place to stay. We opted for the tour followed by appetisers.....warning! This is like a FULL meal. There was so much food that we were unable to finish it. Everything was tasty! I would highly recommend to anyone considering taking this tour.

No detail was overlooked, from the initial booking request, to the moment when the last piece of food was polished off of our plates. Chef Davide, Francesco, Attilio, and Francesca joined our party of 16 for 3 nights, and created some incredible meals that surpassed all of our expectations. Our gathering at the villa in Puglia was a very special one for my husband’s 50th Birthday. We had guests who flew in from all over the world to come celebrate with us, and I couldn’t be happier that we chose Terra che Vive to help us plan this special occasion. The food was not only delicious, but executed perfectly. The staff was simply lovely. Everyone was so friendly and did everything they could to let us have a few stress free fun evenings enjoying each others company. I can’t recommend this service enough.

Sarah CappNo such a great experience when done authentically in the farmhouse (masseria) of Anna, fabulous hosting and guidance of Marco and the great funny grandma Francesca. Even our younger child (although 20 yrs old) who doesn't cook had actively participating and enjoyed the preparation of the various pastas. Ending the cooking session with a delicious lunch prepared by Anna from our hand making pasta accompanied with local wine and the local pasticciotto, and yes, Anna cherry 🍒 liquor was of a timely great finale. Thank you again Marco, Francesca and Anna . Would love to return back. Big hugs and love from us.
