We had a wonderful time doing the pasta making class with Marco and la signora Francesca! Such a beautiful location and what great people to teach us to make traditional Pugliese pasta. This was the highlight of our time in Puglia! We haven't stopped talking about the delicious lunch that followed the experience! Complimenti! Grazie mille!

Liat BerelowitzNo such a great experience when done authentically in the farmhouse (masseria) of Anna, fabulous hosting and guidance of Marco and the great funny grandma Francesca. Even our younger child (although 20 yrs old) who doesn't cook had actively participating and enjoyed the preparation of the various pastas. Ending the cooking session with a delicious lunch prepared by Anna from our hand making pasta accompanied with local wine and the local pasticciotto, and yes, Anna cherry 🍒 liquor was of a timely great finale. Thank you again Marco, Francesca and Anna . Would love to return back. Big hugs and love from us.

Antonia GunninghamWe had an amazing time at the pasta making and tasting session. We brought our 3 children (ages 2, 4, and 7) and everyone was so welcoming. Marco was kind and knowledgeable! All of us enjoyed seeing the farm animals, making various types of pasta, and watching fresh cheese made. The tasting menu was one of the best meals we had during our time in Italy. The entire experience was a highlight of our time in Puglia, and we would highly recommend it (and hope to do it again)!
