We did the Cheese Tasting tour and it was a great experience. The place was beautiful, the tour was really interesting and the tasting we had at the end was of good quality. Marco was really friendly and secured that we had the best experience.

The tour of the farm was fun for the little ones; Marco was very knowledgeable and did a great job translating; Umberto was a skilled cheese maker and teacher; and the wine, cheese and meat tasting made for a perfect ending. We highly recommend this experience.
Patty BlackWe had a wonderful visit to Savoia. Our tour guide Anarita was energetic, knowledgeable, and very warm. Be prepared to be shocked and amazed at the glimpse of antiquity you will experience on this tour. When you realize that many of the olive trees are from the Roman Empire and earlier, the enormity of your experience begins to come into focus. Rosario the owner couldn’t have been more welcoming or embracing. The oil is magnificent and her love of the area and its history are so warmly exuded that you feel it as well as taste it. Take the tour and ship home as much as finances allow, you won’t be disappointed!

Alex HurleyOur cheese making tour with Marco was a wonderful experience ! We learned the full process of mozzarella and burrata making on a typical masseira with very kind cheese makers. We made our own cheese and then tasted it with a variety of other cheese and food. Grazie Marco!
Alexandra Potvin-DesrochersGreat host. Very patient and the tour was nice for us to start our holiday in Puglia. We understood a little more about the region and its historic context. The pasta making and cheese making chefs were very polite and good. The only drawback was that as we were non meat and alcohol drinkers. The substitute items were perhaps not as good. We could've done with some good veggie options at the end to sample.
