Trough Terra Che Vive we booked the ''Dairyman for a day: mozzarella and burrata making class'' It was a great experience and well guided by Marco. All steps within the process are shown whereafter you can try it yourself. The tasting afterwards is good and abundant.

We cooked under the guidance of the mother and grandmother of the house and prepared different kinds of pasta. They were extremely kind and patient. We enjoyed our meals on a beautiful terrace with some lovely wine. Would strongly recommend the experience!

We learned how to make four types of pasta and a delicious sauce, then toured the historic farm buildings before eating a delicious meal of local delicacies, wine and, of course, the pasta we had shaped. The experience was a highlight of our time in Puglia and I can't recommend it highly enough. Furthermore, the Terra Che Vive team was extremely responsive and communicative from the time I sent my initial inquiry until we arrived for the class. I would definitely book with Terra Che Vive again!
