Marco and his cheese making tour at Masseria Pianelle was fantastic! One of the highlights of our time in Puglia and a fantastic family experience. He cared for us so well and it was intimate, informative and FUN! Highly recommend!!
Allie LangWe hosted three different private chefs at our villa during our Puglia stay and Terra Che Vive (represented by Chef Mattia) was absolutely the best. We particularly loved his focaccia, layered mushroom lasagna with stracciatella and apulian cheesecake. Mattia was also incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring we had the right wines and our glasses were full. Highly recommend!

ALESSIA MEOLIMy husband and I had such an enjoyable experience on this tour. We went to a local dairy farm and learned how Mozzarella was made. After, we had lunch at the Masseria. Our tour guide was personable, knowledgeable, and spoke very clear English. The tour was unique and felt very authentic. Of course the Mozzarella we tried was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend using Terra Che Vive as a means to get to know the Puglia region!
