Expérience formidable du début à la fin. D'abord parce que Marco est très réactif dans ses retours et qu'il sait vous guider au mieux pour vos choix. Le jour J, tout était parfait, l'accueil, les explications, la visite. Nous avons appris à faire des pâtes avec Roberto, le chef, et Marco qui est toujours là pour vous aider et vous expliquer. Nous avons également découvert comment sont élaborées la mozzarella et la burrata et avons eu la chance de les déguster juste 3 minutes après. Les meilleures que nous avons mangées de toute notre vie. Sans aucun doute je recommande Marco, réservez les yeux fermés sincèrement. Un immense merci pour ces souvenirs impérissables, nous reviendrons!!!

(And very full, between all of the cheese tasting and then lunch!) Our guide and cheese maker were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Richard FoxWe had to pleasure of planning 3 experiences with Terra Che Vive. Marco was extrtemely helpful with our planning. The cooking class in Locorotondo was beautiful! The women who hosted were so lovely and kind and the demonstration was perfect! But even better was the food!! We also toured an olive oil farm with tasting included. The tour and olive oil tasting was exceptional! Lastly, we went to a winery which has been run by a family for generations. The wine and food was lovely and the setting was beautiful! Thank you Marco for the opportunity to share in the beautiful culture of Puglia!

Nimrod SternThe mozzarella and burrata cheese demonstration was one of the highlights of our trip. Marco was incredibly patient with our toddler children and was extremely informative of the Masseria and cheese making process. The demonstration was excellent and we got to taste the cheese right after the demonstration and it was absolutely delicious. We then walked around the Masseria and saw the animals which the kids loved. Then while we had thought we already had the cheese tasting and thought the tour was over we sat down at a table for an incredible tasting of different cheese, cured meats, wine, bread and more. It was an amazing experience and one we would never forget. We would highly recommend.
Christine ColeOur Olive Oil Tour & Tasting at Savoia was absolutely amazing. We were the only ones there so we ended up with a private tour and our Guide was absolutely incredible! It felt really personal and we learned so much. The olive oils we tasted were phenomenal. Overall 10/10 :)
