We were a three-generational family taking part in the tour/class, and Marco and Umberto did a fabulous job engaging all of us - from toddlers to grandparents. The tour of the farm was fun for the little ones; Marco was very knowledgeable and did a great job translating; Umberto was a skilled cheese maker and teacher; and the wine, cheese and meat tasting made for a perfect ending. We highly recommend this experience.

Esperienza unica! Abbiamo fatto il tour caseario presso l'antica masseria Madonna dell'Arco. Marco è stato un'ottima guida, cortese e preparato, qualità rare ai giorni nostri. Eccellente anche la degustazione dei prodotti tipici sui quali ovviamente non avevo dubbi. Sicuramente mi rivolgerò a loro per altri tour Esperienza che vivamente consiglio di fare.

Nonna Francesca and Marco were very kind and hospitable, they explained every step and made us feel at home! I highly recommend this experience if you really want to feel Puglia in every way.

All of us enjoyed seeing the farm animals, making various types of pasta, and watching fresh cheese made. The tasting menu was one of the best meals we had during our time in Italy. The entire experience was a highlight of our time in Puglia, and we would highly recommend it (and hope to do it again)!

Tot in de puntjes besproken en uitgevoerd! Davide en Fransesco hebben ons de fijne kneepjes van het pasta maken geleerd en ons daarna een heerlijk diner voorgeschoteld. Alles schoon achtergelaten. Ontzettend goed geslaagde avond. Kan dit iedereen aanraden!
