Wow what a special night to remember! Terre Che Vive and Marco really treated us well by arranging a special pizza making night for my friend’s birthday at our trulli villa. Marco and Davide setup early and literally took care of everything. They shared the best tips and tricks for making delicious authentic pizza and also treated us to some local side dishes. This is a must do at your rental or go to where they are. Both Marco and Davide are very talented at what they do and all around very kind wonderful people who made us feel right at home in Puglia!

Riccardo CaimanoWe had a wonderful pizza making experience here in Locorotondo. The hosts of the farmhouse Francesca and Ana made us feel really welcome and were very patient and helpful when showing us how to make the dough and then rolling it out ready for the toppings. There was a great selection of toppings and it was great to see the oven lit with just olive twigs and branches collected from the farm. We had so much to eat and the homemade almond biscuits, and coffee and orange liqueurs were amazing. Thank you so much to Marco for helping us with the translating too. Highly recommended!

Sitting on the patio within the beautiful setting of the Puglia countryside was dreamlike. The Focaccia was perfect- tasted just like my Nona from Bari made every Sunday! Sometimes it can feel a bit unpleasant entering someone's home, but we felt welcomed from the first minute.
