Con poco preavviso ha organizzato il corso e la visita guidata organizzata esclusivamente per me e mio marito con pranzo finale. The experience itself was very intimate and authentic, as we prepped 3 types of pasta in an old wine cellar and ate our preparations (and then some) on the back patio. We learned a great deal about Italian living and the food was absolutely delicious. The intention is to do this anytime were in the Puglia region!

The owners were so hospitable and friendly also. Their olive oil is delicious and organic. We bought three bottles!

Lucile AlléonMyself and 3 others booked a tour and lunch with Terra Che Vive. It stands out as one of my favourite activities our our trip to Italy. The communication with the establishment was excellent and food requests were honoured. The actual day was spectacular - we enjoyed the small group experience and the beautiful landscape. Our guide was engaging, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't say enough about the lunch - it surpassed all of our expectations both in terms of variety, presentation, and taste. I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an "away from the maddening crowds" experience and what that reflects the true southern Italian culture. Thank you all.
